FRANCINE DESCHEPPER
Francine Deschepper has over 15 years experience as a simulator and facilitator; providing professional, constructive feedback in both corporate and educational environments. Her work in communication skills has spanned diverse areas such as medicine, physiotherapy, pharmacy, social work, workplace harassment and interpersonal challenges, and customer satisfaction. Francine has been contracted as a simulation patient/client by The Dalhousie Faculty of Medicine Learning Resource Centre, Hill Advisory Investigative Services, Shape Communication, and Playsthatwork. A graduate of Acadia University, Francine is a staple of the Nova Scotia theatre community, having appeared frequently at Neptune Theatre, 2b Theatre, Willpower, Luna Sea, Festival Antigonish and many others. In addition to performances near home, she has also showcased NS plays nationally (Magnetic North Festival; National Arts Centre, Ottawa; Belfry, Victoria; and Summerworks, Toronto) as well as internationally (LaMama, NYC; Spoleto, South Carolina; Edinburgh Fringe, Scotland; and LitLive, Mumbai India). Francine is a member of Canadian Actors’ Equity and ACTRA and has been nominated for four Robert Merritt awards and one ACTRA award for outstanding performance.
